Directions from Oakham town centre: Travel from the town centre over the level crossing towards Melton Mowbray and turn immediately left signposted hospital on the Cold Overton Road. Take the first left into West Road after the zebra crossing (traffic calming) signposted Braunston. Follow the now Braunston Road over the mini roundabout and eventually leaving the houses of Oakham and up the hill. Over the top of the hill on the right hand side after the telephone mast, you will see a right hand turning into the driveway of Hill Top Farm Bed and Breakfast. We are just over 1 mile from Oakham town centre.
